At Champagne & Marx, our site
development teams know that the success of your project depends on the
caliber of our groundwork.
We start with quality assurance and teamwork programs that include
an "employee buy-in" element--a formal written program for
self-inspection and continuous improvement. Our people participate in
Quality Meetings at our facility, and we've instituted across-the-board
Foreman Inspection & Correction policies. We organize team meetings
with other contractors on the job to spot and iron out problems before
we start. This practice reduces or eliminates change orders and keeps
overruns under control.
The results of these efforts become
apparent on our contractor evaluations. your appraisal of our
performance is a critical part of our continuous improvement process.
Not only is every job reviewed after the fact, but during the job itself
for mid-course corrections, if needed. All of our employees study these
documents and sign off.
Our emphasis on quality and teamwork lays
the groundwork for your successful job!
